Recently, global investment fund, Franklin Templeton revealed that its network had filed a preliminary prospectus with the SEC for a money market fund, the shares of which will be tokenized on the Stellar network. The appointment of Mike Kennedy as the CEO of Interstellar can be seen as an important strategic decision of the firm, especially after the Franklin Templeton fund tokenization.
Interstellar is also gearing up for the launch of it’s another scheduled venture named Pogo which clearly depicts its growth, proliferation, and expansion in network and business activities. Pogo will be headed by the current CEO Adam Ludwin, as per the report mentioned on NameCoinNews.

Interstellar assigns Mike the responsibility to facilitate the firm’s primary objective of fostering the operations of the firm concerning cross-border payments. With his highly-recognizable experience in the field, the company indeed plans to take advantage of the spearhead’s knowledge and expertise for its global growth.

In his other statement, Mike said that the firm is exploring varied financial institutions to attract a wider user base. “That’s not something that makes sense for a nonprofit like the Stellar Development Foundation to do. However, it is something that would really help to drive growth and adoption of the network beyond the rates that we’re seeing today, and so that’s one of the things that we will likely do with Interstellar,” said Kennedy.
Adam Ludwin who will be leading the company’s new venture, Pogo stated that: “In my new role leading the spin-out, I look forward to collaborating closely with Mike and the team to leverage the world-class infrastructure Interstellar continues to build for the Stellar ecosystem.”
