20-year-old American actor Cameron Boyce has passed away. According to broadcaster ABC, his family has announced that he has fallen asleep forever ‘as a result of his medical condition’.
From an early age, Cameron dreamed of sharing his unprecedented artistic talents with the world
Cameron has been acting since he was nine years old and was one of the stars of the Disney Channel TV channel. He played in the series “Jessie” and the films “Descendant” and “Descendants 2”. He also got a role in the famous movie “Grown Ups.”
Cameron was only 12 years old when he took on the role of Luke Ross in Jessie. The role was written especially for him, because the makers were very impressed with Cameron during his audition. He eventually played in nearly a hundred episodes.
“From an early age, Cameron dreamed of sharing his unprecedented artistic talents with the world,” Disney Channel writes in a statement. “He also tried to make a difference in people’s lives with his humanitarian work. He was a remarkably caring and thoughtful person, and above all he was a loving, dedicated son, brother, grandson and friend.”
“We want to wish his family and colleagues a lot of strength and, together with his millions of fans, will grieve for his death. He will certainly be missed.”
