Binance listing Dusk Network (DUSK) as the first Dutch blockchain project

Binance is going to list Dusk Network (DUSK) today on its crypto exchange at 10:00 am (UTC). Trading is open for DUSK/BNB, DUSK/BTC, DUSK/USDT, DUSK/USDC, and DUSK/PAX trading pairs.

The price of DUSK has now risen by 123% on other stock exchanges such as Ethfinex.

Binance and Dusk Network

It is the first Dutch blockchain project to be listed on the largest altcoin exchange in the industry. Just like bitcoin and ethereum, Dusk is a protocol layer. It is a zero-knowledge protocol, which makes it possible to block transactions on the blockchain.

Party A can prove to party B that they know value X (on the blockchain), without party A having to disclose information about themselves. Bulletproofs are used to provide that proof. Thus, for example, Dusk is an alternative to Zcash, which uses zk-SNARKs.

In this Medium post, the difference between bulletproof and zk SNARKs is explained in detail.

Token details

From 10:00 am (UTC), trading the DUSK token is possible on Binance.

Owners of the ERC20 DUSK tokens can send the tokens to their ‘Ethereum address’ at Binance.

Binance will record the so-called BEP2 version of DUSK. These native Binance tokens can remain on the central stock exchange (Binance.com) or you send them to a wallet that supports these tokens, such as Trust Wallet.

Binance also has a chain explorer for the tokens on its blockchain. View Dusk on the Binance chain here.

Dusk will donate more than three thousand BNB (approximately $ 96,000) to the charity fund of Binance, the Blockchain Charity Foundation.
